How can I know an SMS message has been sent to recipient successfully?

Movider SMS API provides Delivery Report (DR) that tells you about the result of sending SMS messages. Please see our tutorial about How to Receive Delivery Report (DR) of Sending SMS Messages.

Where an SMS message can be sent?

Movider service is global coverage. You can send an SMS message to any country.

How long does an SMS message can be sent?

For the GSM7 standard, one SMS message is 160 characters long maximum. For Unicode encoded messages, one SMS message is 70 characters long maximum.

However, a longer message could be sent but it will be divided and charged correspondingly. Not to worry, the recipient will get the message as one long message.

Can I send an SMS message to multiple numbers?

Yes, Movider SMS API supports sending an SMS message to multiple numbers. Specify to parameter as comma-separated. Maximum is 1,000 number. See API References for more details.

Can I send an SMS message using custom sender?

Yes, you can have your own sender ID. Anyway, it does take time and require some processes to get one.

Can I see transaction history of sending SMS messages?

In Movider member section, you can search sent message using message ID or recipient number to see its transaction details. Moreover, you can export transactions report in CSV format.

Can I test the service on my own?

Of course, you can sign up and get free balance to test Movider services yourself. Please check out Movider Developer Portal for more details.

How secure is Movider APIs?

Movider APIs are run over SSL standard and you are protected using your API key and API secret, as well as IP whitelist option.

Which programming languages are supported?

You can use any programming language to connect with our RESTful web APIs. For SDKs, now we have Golang, and Node.js.

How can I pay?

You can pay online. We provide a way to pay using your credit card.

Can I get an invoice after payment?

Yes, you can download your invoice at Payment in Movider member section.
